Date and venue

We would like to kindly inform you that we are working on organizing the next edition of the POLIG Conference & Expo on fire loss prevention and fire suppression systems, which will take place on March 11-12, 2026, at the ARCHE Krakowska Hotel in Warsaw, at Aleja Krakowska 237.

 

The goal and target audience

The goal of the POLIG conference is to disseminate knowledge about fire loss prevention and mitigation, particularly with the use of fire suppression systems. An integral part of the conference is the presentation of the latest technologies and solutions in this area, as well as the exchange of information and views among interested specialists. The conference is primarily intended for designers, engineers, and fire protection specialists, licensed fire experts and those aspiring to this role, State Fire Service officers, insurers and insurance brokers, building owners and managers, developers and anyone else interested in the conference’s topics.

Organizers

The conference is traditionally co-organized by: 1) the Polish Fire Suppression Systems Foundation, 2) the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – National Research Institute, 3) the European Fire Sprinkler Network, and for the first time, 4) the FirePlatform.net portal (fire.info.pl).

Media Patronage

The media patronage for the POLIG 25 conference is provided by: 1) the Hale Przemysłowe Plus portal, which is a rich source of information related to industrial facilities and the investment processes associated with them; 2) Akademia Projektanta – a well-known and respected source of design knowledge and training for the sanitary industry; and 3) Ochrona Przeciwpożarowa – the main Polish magazine for fire protection specialists.

 

Networking and Exhibition

The conference includes an evening networking event on March 10 at 7:00 PM and a gala dinner on March 11 at 7:00 PM. Both events encourage the establishment and maintenance of professional contacts. An integral part of the conference is the exhibition section, divided into several sessions, where company stands will be presented, along with the latest technological advancements in fire loss prevention and fixed fire extinguishing systems.

Accomodation

The Conference Hotel – ARCHE Hotel Krakowska is a 4 star business hotel with 344 rooms located near the Warsaw Chopin airport (5 min by taxi). There are 2 more hotels directly adjoining ARCHE Krakowska – ARCHE Geologiczna (3 star, 80 rooms) and Golden Tulip Warsaw Airport (4 star, 90 rooms), so in total there are 514 rooms at the same location. The conference rate for the room in ARCHE Krakowska is 400 PLN (95 euro). The link for the booking is HERE.

Language of the conference

The conference is held in Polish or English, depending on the speaker with simultaneous interpretation using headphones.
